Champion Select Error

So I am trying to play some matches on SR and already 3 times its happened that people ban champs and pick their champs as normal, and the timer is normal also but when it my turn to pick a champ it automatically kicks me from the lobby and says that i failed to select champ. I really don't know whats going on, i mean I dent even get the chance to select my champ, this happening to anyone else?
