Lost a ranked game, game was glitched?

Okay so you know how when you right click on the minimap it brings your camera there so you can check out how the lane is doing and stuff? Well that wasn't working and I was playing yi and I had to drag my camera all the way across the entire map just to see how lanes were doing and it was extremely annoying. I couldn't apply much pressure to lanes because I couldn't check and see good times to gank and we lost the game. I uninstalled LoL because I read online thats what I should do and reinstalled it and it works fine now. its just that I lost 13 LP when I couldn't play to best of my ability. As any other position it wouldn't of been as important. But as a jungle I need to constantly watch the lanes and map.
