Probably an IP Bug.

I was playing some games in Ranked , doesnt matter if I win or lose . Anyways I was playing some games ,last I was playing Jax in ranked and lost and next I played Garen and lost to my noobie teams . But I noticed I got 51 IP in the Jax game and 51 IP in Garen game , Idk if its my internet connection not updating data but my LP updated so Its not my computer or server / internet. after the Jax game I had 1338 IP and after the garen game I still have the same IP I dont know if this is related with me losing 2 ranked xD. But I feel like its a bug cause I wanted to buy a 1k champ. doesnt matter who , but plz fix this or correct me if just its me with losing games or sh*t.
