[GAMEPLAY] Xerath Ultimate First Shot Doesn't Fire Correctly and Wastes Charge

When using Xerath's ultimate, the first charge will either fail to go off or go off on top of Xerath (the particle effect of the shot occurs over Xerath's head, though I can't tell if the first charge lands on his head or if it only displays the visual without firing a projectile), regardless of where your cursor is targeted, effectively wasting the first charge of the ultimate. I'd say this happens on about 30%-50% of ultimates, tending to happen more towards the beginning of games. It might only occur or occur more often with his level 1 ultimate, but I haven't seen enough of this bug to be sure. When this bug does occur, it seems to always only affect the first charge. If it makes a difference, I use smart cast. I apologize if this bug has been reported before, but I figured more reports = more notice = faster fix.

Hey Valkyrius, we know about this issue and are working on a fix for it. Thanks for reporting the issue. I know it really sucks to waste the first R as Xerath. It's the most important one since they don't get as much warning! x.^

You the same guy that posted this before?

Its not a bug. If you notice when you First cast R, there is a circle that expands out from Xerath. If you try to cast as soon as you ult, the circle is not yet expanded, and it fires at max range of the circle which is for that first second not expanded yet
