Long time for loading screen to pop up

it's a short post to find a solution for this annoying problem, after champ select the screen goes black (to load the game ofc), but it stays black for like 30 sec then it goes to loading screen. it's really annoying cuz when i get bugsplat it takes too long to get back into the game.
