Frozen during champion selection in 3's ranked

I have complained and sent screen shots twice now hoping riot technicians would fix this bug that completely disconnects you from the champion select/ ban phase. I notice it when your teammate who is banning the first choices timer remains at 0 until you see in chat "blank" has left the lobby for both teammates it is becoming very annoying and costing me many games without even getting to select a champion and auto losing LP and being listed as a dodger after restarting client. I then have to wait more time to join que so I can play a match that I didn't even get to join. Please FIX IT~! Thanks.
