[CLIENT?] Log-in Animation doesn't fit in the window.

Since The Harrowing a couple month ago I noticed that if I have the log-in animation turned on it does show the animated version but it's too small for the window it's in and resizing the window does nothing but make the animation even smaller/bigger(but the black bars are still there). I currently have to keep it as a solid picture if I want it to fit in the window correctly.

It's not exactly a gamebreaker, it's just bothering me a bit and seems like a pretty quick and simple fix.
