Game in Progress (no reconnect)

Started a game, never loaded in. I tried to restart league to reconnect multiple times (game still going because my brother is playing the same game on his computer next to me super salty that I cant get in), it says Game in Progress with no option to reconnect. Options? Helps?

Never had a problem before today.
