(mini-bug) Eye of the Equinox in item builder: Doesn't show under cdr item searches.

When Eye of the Equinox was buffed to include 10% cdr, its change was not passed over to the item builder's cdr selection (the item still denotes it'self to grant the 10% cdr however when hovered). That's what I'm assuming anyways, it could be legitimate bug but I'm not sure if it's simply an info-crunch overlook or bug so I decided to post this here.
