Got DCed can't reconnect

The same thing that happened earlier today happened to me (AGAIN), after champ select the game loading screen comes up, suddenly I DC, I reconnect and the lag spikes are unbelievable. Finally the game goes "trying to reconnect" mode and it does not. I Alt-F4 then try to re-log back into the game and I can't. Why does this always happen to me riot, I bought a new computer so it was not my pc, I am on a lan connection so its not my internet, then what is it ? attached are the logs.
