The Game has crashed

So, i was playing this URF mode, and then after the champion select, my screen turned a complete black color. And it doesn't show me the champion loading thing. and then when i restart the game, it says "has crashed". I attempted to reconnect over 10 times, but then its still not working. I also tried reinstalling the game, and still, it's still not working. How can I fix this?
