Downloading Error

I uninstalled LoL a couple of months ago and at that time it was working fine. I recently wanted to play it again so just like normal I tried to download it. The problem presented itself when downloading, at around 60-70% my downloading speed would drop in seconds until it hit 0. It would not download and I have searched for many ways to fix this and nothing is working. If anyone can help that would be great, thank you.
