punishment & bug
I have been banned from the game because of the game crashed itself every single game and I couldn't log on for 20 min. of course my teammate report me, but its not my fault...

If you just got a leaverbuster you aren't banned, just a time out. Take the time to patch your client and find out what's wrong by checking in a custom game.
After it happens once or twice, a player should be looking to find the cause and correct it. If you know a problem occurs every game, and you decide to keep queuing up instead of testing with custom games, then it IS your fault. Send a Support Ticket, and they will run through a list of tests/diagnostics to figure out the cause and help you to get it fixed.
