Unable to purchase champion (Not enough IP)

Tried to purchase talon for 4800 but says i dont have enough IP, i have 4881. I tried to purchase Galio for 3150 and it goes through just fine.

I am getting the same problem. Is it in new client yet? have 6,390 ip and cant purchase champs.
