Set your display settings to 100%. You probably have it to 125% or 150%. This is a but, and also hope Riot will fix it. But you should come by the trouble if you do as I said here.
I have a temporary fix that might work..
You probably need to change one setting in the shortcut / .exe file for lol.
Go to settings (right click on icon) --> compatibility
Unmark the "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings"
Then run lol and accept the terms of service.
Then go back to settings (right click on icon) --> compatibility and mark "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" again.

Okay so apparently NO ONE has an answer for this problem. Everyone says oh resize your client bleh bleh bleh NO that S*&# does not work. the launcher is the only thing that's jacked up and it only started happening after the new map was released. It's completely annoying to be perfectly honest. i play on 2 servers and now that i don't have the option to switch between i'm stuck with the "laggy" 120 ping on NA east coast server instead of the excellent 40 ping on LAN server. I've tried everything to make this launcher screen resize from forcing it to open to maximized mode to resizing with 3rd party software but to no avail guess what happens, it stays the same and shows the same amount of content with white everywhere else that was cut off before. here is a screen shot so people can SEE for them selves wtf me and everyone else with this problem sees(also i have a 1920x1080 resolution so there's plenty of space for this damned launcher to cover): http://imgur.com/0nhj4Dy

I did it while i was drunk as fuck.Then proceed to troll LAN with PHD Mundo support.Why can't you?
