What is this?

third time im in my promos (Currently in-game right now, so says the client) on my second match and yet again i cant even load into the game this is the third time that this has happened as soon a champion select is over i get kicked out before it even loads and i cant connect

and watch im about to be penalized again for something out of my control

EDIT: AWESOME, just got counted as a leaver yet again and marked as a defeat in my promos AGAIN
