LAG LAGGING LAG SPIKE!!

hey there guys any still experiencing the constant lag spike? ? like every 3-5 mins your game would stop for 0.5 sec to 4 sec or ping spike from 25 - 150 even up to 500 sometimes? Does anyone have any solution for this problem?

Already put all most of my settings to low, checked the wifi and even used ether net cables it is still happening, also checked my internet speed and connection and its all good even re-installed the game still this happens. I have also tried playing with other online games and i didnt have any problems with lag spikes, latency , fps ,ping drops, so im assuming this is on RITO's doing

So Rito got any solutions to my problem here? i love playing the game that i have spent quite a lot of money for the skins, but this games is not enjoyable anymore because of said problems.
