[in game] recieving a leaver without being afk.

So a friend of mine has this weird issue. Sometimes mid game he randomly disconnects without any warning, from out of no where he gets the message "attempting to reconnect". He leaves the match after he gets the message so he can reconnect (if he doesnt leave and reconnect it wont reconnect automatically if you know what i mean).

But here is the real issue, he can't reconnect for the first 5 minutes after disconnecting for some reason and not only that after he reconnects he gets a leaver without any exceptions. There was once a game where the game lasted for 25 minutes after he reconnected and he still got a leaver.

so my question is: is this a bug or has this something to do with his computer settings / parts?

So it is really weird because sometimes it doesn't happen for a month, sometimes it happens twice a day. While I disconnect my internet is still working fine. Sometimes when I disconnect, I can't move anymore, but still see people moving for 5 more seconds, before they also all stop.
