COOP vs AI Games No Longer Reduce Chat Restriction

I no longer play league of legends pvp as I cannot communicate with my team. This leads me to lose almost every match so I only play vs bots now so I can win with confidence. However, after playing several games (4-5) I noticed my counter was not decreasing. I am stuck at 65 games of chat restriction when I am not even a toxic player. I'm unaware of my chat restriction being upgraded to permanent, so am I basically bound to 5 lines per game forever now? Even if I outplay the bots 1000 times I still can't congratulate a new player for finally completing their first big item or getting a bounty from a bot.

Sorry Riot this is just sad.

The irony is that I neglected my ranked gameplay because I thought I couldn't get season rewards, now I am haunted by this silver border that says "hahaha."
