Can zac do this much mixed damage ?

So a friend of mine was killed by this Annie assisted by a Braum and a Zac ( My friend was playing as Zac with this build if it does matters : item 3068 item 3047 item 3065 item 3102 and item 3082 ) The problem is that the other Zac (build : item 3001 item 3065 item 3068 item 3111 and item 3136 ) did exactly 3736 Mixed Damage ( 68% ) using Elastic Slingshot( E) (the rest of 3 % was magic dmg from Zac's item 3068 + his Q) . I don't know if this is legit or not but that Annie barely did 19% and Braum 8%. So....Is it a bug or can we actually do this much in game ?

Death recap is a buggy piece of junk at times.

is a legit damage. That was a zac with full magic pen that counter your stacking MR build and considering his W (I believe) do %max HP it will do a lot of damage to tanks.

if we trust death recap, zed did 233 true damage to me with dark binding, in a game that had neither a zed nor a morgana in it...
