Singed Poison Trail Bug [GAMEPLAY]

So I've noticed (only today) that with Singed's Poison Trail the spell sometimes shows the circle thingy around it while it's not on. I've noticed it maybe 4 times today and I've been accidentally turning my poison trail on (thinking i need to turn it off) because of the spell circle showing. This isn't an accident, I'm 100% sure it's showing randomly. Idk why it's doing that but I didn't notice it happening at all yesterday. It's not happening after a DC or anything.
