[GAMEPLAY] Ekko's ult working funky

[GAMEPLAY] When using Ekko's ult i was ulted exactly where i was standing but my clone(ult) wasn't on me. I don't know if it was the visual being glitched and showing where it should be but during that moment i wanted to escape that team fight but wasn't able to as i was ulted in the same spot already was. I have been playing a lot of ekko recently and i've been fine until this new patch, his ult doesn't feel smooth not visual but actually pressing R.

I don't know how to produce this issue other then pressing R not appearing were you should be. This bug appeared when i was in team fights mainly because it was the only time i would ult.

I've only played 2 games but out of those 2 games with ekko i saw the bug, also i wasn't wearing a skin for either of those games.
