Client Problem. Can't login to game. Mac user.

Okay first, yes i have a mac. I'm sorry. Second, i've tried the trouble shooting but i can not seem to login into the server. says something about not being able to connect to the pvp.net server. plz help

I switched accounts and then it works..... i haven't been banned so i'm really confused
