Champ select

in champ select on the new client, i tried to ban a champion and it lagged out. and it brought me back to the role select screen. and it gave me a 5 min leaverbuster. after the buster, i loaded in champ select and it started to lag again. i banned a champ this time and when it was my time to pick my champ, it lagged out and i got a 10 min leaverbuster now.
