[GAMEPLAY] Lux Lucent Singularity Invisible

I just played a game where there was a Lux support on the opposing team and every time She used Lucent Singularity I could not see it at all and neither could any of my team mates. this caused an unfair advantage to the other teams bot lane and ultimately lost us the game
