Sound Issues 8.5 Patch

All of my sound settings stayed the same, but now I have no sounds when people ping, or if a tower targets me. Obviously these are an issue for obvious reasons. I've tried resetting my sounds and nothing is working, help? :c

I've also had sound issues, but mine have been with the "victory" or "defeat" banners being way louder than any other in game sounds.
