Runes pages bug (not the name bug)

I recently bought a 7 runes pages bundle from the riot store, now i have a total of 16 pages. Those are displayed in my player profile and i am able to edit them, however, only the first 9 runes pages are displayed in champion selection screen lobby. Now my question is why providing additional runes pages if only the first 9 pages are available for selection in champion selection? I spent money buying this bundle and i am unable to use them.
