Twisted Treeline: Causing my video driver to really bug out

Today when I was playing Twisted Treeline Hexakill my video started to really bug out on me. It looked like my video image started to scramble into pieces then the video driver crashed multiple times until my entire computer crashed.

This only happens when I play twisted Treeline too because I played a game of SR earlier and the game went smoothly but when I started to play Twisted Treeline (i tested in a custom game too). I started a custom game of SR just to be sure and it did not bug on me. I have played many matches of Twisted Treeline in the past and I have never experienced any of these issues until today. I did play Twisted Treeline Hexakill when it first released but only played 1 game and that 1 game went smoothly.
