RADS Error

Worked fine yesterday. Been playing for years. Today I try to play and I get this message " Could not connect to the HTTP server. Please check that your internet connection is enabled and that your firewall is not blocking access. "

Connection is enabled. I have no firewall. I tried multiple fixes in other forums from downloaded new kernels, running as administrator, deleting all and attempting to download new client of their website. When I tried to download from their website a fresh client. I received the "server is not found". Is the server just down and no client can be launched?
