[GAMEPLAY] Ziggs w glitches and is unusable for the rest of the match

The video shows only after i reloaded the match because i wasnt running recording software before i restarted my client trying to fix the bug. the bug occurred when i threw my satchel charge at leblanc's destination while she was in mid distortion. I died while my satchel charge was on the way. The w disappeared in flight and remained in its active but untoggleable state until we eventually lost the match.

Reactivating the w would prompt the "you cannot cast that right now" text to appear.
