Getting bad fps gittering and drops ingame. after small update today. team fights are real bad and hasnt ever happened before. havent changed any pc setting nor updates. Mates are getting the same thing. and all have high end pcs. please fix

Same problem 5/8 in the night, game runs smooth. next day, client is pretty much a 5 sec slideshow, can't even ban a champ. In game I am having between 2-25 fps..
9/8. seem to do a little better, 60 fps when the game finaly loads (teammates already left spawn) then drops to 20 in lane, and not a complete slideshow in teamfight - but pretty close.
Another thing i noticed was that i got a message saying it was preseason and my ranked had been reset. which obv isn't the case.
