Low Prio Queue Bug

I have just started a low priority queue around an hour or so ago, I have had to restart the queue again and again because my low priority queue keeps resetting even though the actual queue had never been stopped. I decided to leave it and got up to 47 mins with it still saying it had 19 mins to go on the queue timer. Can anyone help?
