Mordekaiser Titanic Hydra Bug

When Titanic Hydra is purchased on Mordekaiser, it does not work as intended. The area effect proc is spotty and inconsistent while his move, Mace of Spades is active. Some basic attacks while Mace of Spades is active does proc the full effect of Titanic Hydra while others have no titanic hydra effect at all. The result is an inconsistency in the item as it does not work as intended. Titanic Hydra's area effect only procs while Mace of Spades is active about 2/3's of the time. Malfunctioning on any of the 3 Mace of Spades hits but most often not working on the last, final hit.
