Description: Upon starting a game with Kayn, buying items before moving prevents his starting VO lines from playing. Instead only item purchase lines play.

Steps to reproduce: Open Practice Tool, pick Kayn. Buy items and leave the fountain, item quotes will play. Reset. Leave without buying items, starting quote will play.

Expected result: Buying items for the first time shouldn't disable starting quotes.

Observed result: Buying items for the first time disables starting quotes.
