Miss Fortune Ult Slow

In several games when a enemy Miss Fortunes ults her ult slows for like 20% which it isn't right.

Also, when I saw it slows she didn't have any slow-like items like Rylais nor Red buff applied.

you do know her e slows, right? not saying your an idiot or saying this isnt true but maybe you didnt see her e on you
