[Client] Rune Page names not updating; Skins not being automatically selected in new champ select

When I go into the new champ select, My rune page names haven't changed from what they were back before the new champ select. Once I actually select the page, it displays the correct name, but in the list it doesn't. Also, for any of the skins I've bought since the new champ select they don't "stick" What I mean by this is that it used to be that whenever you selected a skin, it became default, and would automatically load every time in the future I selected that champion. It is still that way for skins that I had selected before the new champ select, but any skins that I now buy and put on don't "stick" like they used to.

Now neither of these are anywhere close to gamebreaking issues, more just annoyances, and I wasn't sure if it was something just with my account (Of the few people I've talked to they don't have the problem, but we haven't done extensive testing) or a server/worldwide thing.
