[Gameplay] Rengar Ferocity Bola CD

A bug i've noticed in a few games, and managed to replicate in a custom game, is sometimes my Ferocity Bola will be on cooldown even when i have 5 stacks up. The way i've replicated it was having 5 stacks and ulting>using snare then Q>W>auto and using my normal bola when im at 4 stacks and its going to 5 because of ult passively gaining stacks, it puts my bola on cooldown but while i have ferocity abilities.
