[CRASH] not able to connect to server. PLZ HELP

Today at +/- 17.45 I (theultimatebossp) tried to play a ranked game in order to get to Silver 2, it was the final match of my promo. everything was fine until the point when i noticed it was taking long to start and tresh was stuck at 19% and yasuo still showed Not Connected. soo, in order to see if it was something going on i went to lol nexus (i can send you a picture of my internet histoty later) and saw that the game had started 2 min ago. I immedeatly closed the "lol programe" (don't know what to call it, I'm not an english person, sorry) and restarted it. after that, my entire screen went black and after 20 sec +/- a message with the yellow triangule and an exlamation mark showed saying it couldn't connect to the server and some other stuff with these symbles: <n ... i closed the programe and tried again. the same happened. soo i decided to restart the computer. i did, tried to go in, and nothing. after a few minutes the end game "things"/stats showed up saying i failed to promote and that i had to do 5 games with a punishmesnt..... all in all, i did my best to play and i failed. due to that faliure i now face a punishment and the loss of the oportunity to be at S2 for the next few days has i can't play until the 24th. can you please do something about it. it was behond my cappacity to play and i'm being punished by that....
