[Gameplay] Frost Queen's Claim Interaction With Thresh

There appears to be a bug involving Thresh and frost queen's claim's active. I was playing as Thresh, the enemy Brand had activated Frost Queen's to send out the ghosts, but they reached max range just out of reach of my character. Then they dropped souls which added to my passive armor/ability power stat. It happened repeatedly through the match when the (admittedly spooky) ghosts had reached their max range, but were in the range of Thresh's passive.
