[GAMEPLAY] Yasuo -Gaining high amounts of movement speed causes a visual bug while running.

I have played multiple games recently and with every possible skin on Yasuo. I just have to purchase Boots of Mobility with the Homeguard enhancement then his model moves awkwardly while running. His sword is dragged through the ground on the rift and i can not even tell what his sheath is even doing on the character model.

Doing these steps produce the visual problem 100% of the time for me.
