Foreign students are also players

When I was in China, I played League of Legends with my American teacher. We used to communicate in the game. I used Chinese and the teacher used English. We communicated very well. But since I came to the United States, things have changed. When I was playing with my Chinese classmates at NA Server, we could not communicate in Chinese. As long as I type Chinese, they will become solid little squares. This is not insurmountable. In the LOL lobby, we can use Chinese to communicate without any obstacles. So why not in the game? I asked some people and they told me that UTF-8 strings may not be supported in LOL games, but in my understanding, is it difficult to support UTF-8 in 2020? I do not want to say that the lack of support for Chinese communication in the game discriminates against foreign players, nor does it say that there are any problems with LOL games. As a loyal player, I want to make the game better, and I ask this small question to the LOL staff with peace and kindness. Hope to get a reply and resolve.
