Is Dark star thresh causing crashes for anyone else?

well this is the second time in recent memory since i have used Dark star thresh skin that i have had numerous crashes and bugsplats while trying to get into game. i have checked my config and other such things making sure this not a patch error resetting some of my settings in game and still have come to no solution, this being the only thing that strikes me as when it has happened recently that i couldn't figure out.
