Ryze bot won't leave fountain [Gameplay}

I played a custom bot game just now and Ryze bot looked like he was casting Q's trying to stack a Tear of the Goddess (which was fully stacked) in the fountain and didn't come out. He started the game in lane, but around level 7-8 he just stopped coming out of the fountain. You can see in the game stats that Ryze never built past Tear/Catalyst and having gone 1/8/1 maybe he just got tired of fighting :(
