Nexus Turret firing noise doesn't quit [Gameplay]

As stated the sound that the nexus turrets make when firing their laser does not stop when they stop firing their laser. I've noticed it's happened to me whenever I kill a minion or champion while the turret is firing. Other than those two cases I have not seen the bug happen. After exiting screen the noise stops but on reentry the noise returns still with no turret fire.
