Sound issue

Okay so in the past 2 days the sound for my lol game client has basically vanished. It is still there but is at about 2 percent of what it should be. I uninstalled, reinstalled, ran the the repair tool maxed out my computer volume in game volume sound mixer volume and all the sound efects volumes. after all that i can barely hear a Darius dunk. Please help.
