Champion doesnt respond and getting constant disconnects

After the patch my champion randomly stop moving and not responding at all for 10-20 seconds. I can see other champs moving but no matter what I do my champ doesnt move. Also Getting disconnected randomly.

Trying to be as polite as possible but RIot, WTF ARE YOU DOING? Are you fukin nuts? Dont just sit on money do something with it!
