Mark Summoner Spell Invisibile when launched

The Mark summoner spell became invisible cause lee sin launched it from the bush (It's barely visible at 0:09 when it land on me). Is this a bug or it is intended to work like this? https://youtu.be/xJGWXGt5kpE
