I have played PROJECT Lucian multiple times the past few days and his passive sometimes will not fire the second shot. I can pull up past streams if need be. I am not sure whether or not its just the skin as I have not played the classic skin but AT LEAST on Project Lucian skin this is happening about 5-10 times per game.

nayakakaka1 votesI'm not sure how to edit video, and I'd hate to have a 4 hour stream video linked. Any suggestions?

Download OBS, Install it, Stream a game, create a highlight with the in-browser tools on twitch.
