[GAMEPLAY] Nexus Blitz - Only 1 Nexus Minion Appeared for Sudden Death

While playing Nexus Blitz, my team destroyed the enemy inhibitor at about the same time as the final Sudden Death event began.

Our nexus appeared as a large minion and began to walk down the lane as normal, but the enemy's nexus minion did NOT appear.

Also, we could not attack the normal enemy nexus STRUCTURE either, nor could our nexus minion or regular minions. Eventually our nexus and normal minions just crowded around their untargetable nexus structure until the enemy team eventually just killed our nexus minion. Some of the players on the enemy team also managed to move close to our nexus minion and actually lure it into their spawn fountain before killing finally killing it.
