[GamePlay] Bard Q and Morgana E

I recently played a game as Morgana Sup against a Bard Sup. I used my E which blocks magic damage and prevents all disables, however, Bard used his Q on me which ended up stunning me all though I had my E up. The Q went through me and hit the wall resulting in a stun.
